Ore Beneficiation Working Flows for Different Metals
As a leading mining machinery manufacturer, our company offers all kinds of ore beneficiation production lines for almost all metals. Today we will introduce you many working flows of our metal ore beneficiation technology.
Iron: 1. Crushing; 2. Grinding; 3. Separating and dressing; 4. Sintering and pelletizing
Manganese: mechanical separation technology including screening, gravity separation, flotation separation and magnetic separation; pyrogenic process; chemical ore dressing.
Chromium: using jigging machine, shaking table, spiral concentrator, centrifugal separator and belt chute to complete the ore beneficiation process; sometimes the waterpower separation is also adopted to handle the minerals inside the shaking table.
Magnetite: grinding, rough magnetic separation, fine magnetic separation and sweeping.
Copper: flotation separation, magnetic separation, gravity separation and wet type metallurgy can all be adopted.
Lead and zinc: usually adopting three combined beneficiation methods: magnetic separation- flotation separation, gravity separation- flotation separation and gravity separation-gravity separation-flotation separation.
Aluminum: the hand sorting method is regarded as the most common one.
Nickel: 1. Flotation separation; 2. Use stone crushers and screeners to remove bulk nickeliferous minerals with low differentiated degree.
Cobalt: the flotation separation is the common beneficiation method.
Tungsten: there are two kinds of tungsten ores according to the ore type: black tungsten and white tungsten. The commonly applied ore beneficiation methods for tungsten consist of hand sorting, gravity separation, flotation separation, magnetic separation and electric separation etc.
Having learned so much about the ore beneficiation working flows or technological dressing methods for different metal elements, users must be aware of what to do when they want to get the target metal ores.
