Notes in the Production of Hammer Breaker

Today, the author would like to make a brief description about problems needed to be noted in the production of hammer breaker or hammer crusher.

1. When the hydrolysate of hammer crusher is sent to rotary kiln for operation, and the operation must be on the belt transmission with speed of 30s/t and operation angle of 30 degrees, especially angular error must be not greater than 3 degrees, and speed of transmission error is not greater than 5s/t.

2. The hydrolysate of hammer crusher must be delivered to the bottom of the rotary kiln, so the hydrolysate of hammer crusher can be fully mixed with sulfuric acid and oxides, to produce high quality hammer Crusher.

3. When blast the calcined hydrolysate of hammer crusher, the wind speed is going to be properly, which can improve the productivity of it.

4. Cling to the kiln wall to overturn the titanium in rotary kiln, making the titanium to be fully heated to be titanium powder, with uniform particle size, to meet the demand of the market.

5. Finally, when screening, bring out the large size for burning once again, so as to saves cost and increase productivity.
